      How should Complete Essentials Daily Pack be used?

      A.M. and P.M. packets should be taken at corresponding times of the day for optimal availability. The A.M. packet should be taken with breakfast (preferably with our IsaLean® Shake), and the P.M. pack should be taken in the evening with dinner.

      Yes, the packs can be used with other Isagenix products and as part of the 30-Day and 11-Day Systems and the Total Health and Wellness: 4 Pillars of Health Pack.

      If you miss a pack, there is no need to double up. Simply continue with the regular schedule.

      Although Complete Essentials Daily Pack is safe for adults, we always advise consulting a physician before using any dietary supplement.
